We’ve heard countless horror stories about crazy landlords giving tenants a run for their money, and we understand that many people are hesitant to adopt the name “tenant.” But at Vision Realty, we ensure that any tenants that live in our properties are well taken care of. We’ll ensure maintenance is handled right away, that you are satisfied with the property, and that all of your questions are answered. That is why we’ve compiled this list of frequently asked questions for you to have as a guide.

What Should I Do if My Home Needs Maintenance?

If a plumbing or roofing issue arises out of the blue, you don’t have to worry. We offer a 24-hour hotline and emergency maintenance services to all of our tenants. We have a network of reputable plumbers, roofers, and HVAC technicians that can help you should a problem arise.

Do Your Homes Come With Appliance Hookups and Refrigerated Air?

Yes, the majority of our units for rent come with washer and dryer hookups, ovens, stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers. Most of our properties also come with refrigerated air, so you can stay cool even during El Paso’s most brutal summer days.

When Can Tenants Contact You?

Tenants can contact us anytime during our office hours. For emergencies, tenants may contact our emergency hotline.

Are Pets Allowed?

This policy may depend on the property you live in, but we are flexible and will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with the property you rent. If pets are allowed, it may affect what you get back from your security deposit depending on any damage your pet may cause.

Can I Decorate My Home?

For the most part, yes. While each property may have its own set of rules regarding whether you can paint or drill and so on, it’s something that can be discussed early on so you know what you can and cannot do.

How Big Are the Yards?

This will depend on the property you rent. We oversee a wide variety of houses and apartments. Many of the houses we rent out do, in fact, have large backyards. Like we said, though, it all depends. But if you are looking to rent a home with a roomy backyard, we can help you find what you are looking for.

How Much Will My Deposit Be?

This will depend on the property you are renting and the individual property owner who is renting the property out to you.

Can I Change My Locks?

If you feel you need to change your locks because of safety reasons, you can talk directly to us and your property manager. We understand that your safety is important and will work with you to accommodate your safety concerns.
